My name is Norma and I am the Owner, Editor & filmmaker of NR3 Video Productions. Together with my husband John we film over 100 weddings annually. We have been recognized as the #1 videographer on News 10's A List as well as one of the top Videography companies by the Knot. We film weddings througout Southern California primarily but are available for travel worldwide. Currently we reside in Chula Vista, CA with our newborn Christian and our 4 dogs, Luna, Lea, Gizmo & Goldenboy. A little more about us.... I (Norma) grew up in Mexico and ever since I can remember my dream has been to create films. I attended school in Mexico then transfered to a community college and finally transferring to SDSU where I gratuated. After graduating SDSU I worked for a local Television station but soon realized that it was not very satisfying. I then decided to move to Los Angeles with my best friend from film school. Four months before I moved I met a wonderful man by the name of John and he completely changed my life forever. My friend ended up moving to Hollywood and as for me, my path in life changed and I got married four months later. Later on John started working with me at the T.V. station as a full time occupation. We filmed many weddings as well by referral. I then decided to open my own production company. I did not know where it would lead but as it turns out, through patience and diligence my part time operation quickly led to a full time one that has my husband and I very busy throughout the year. We went from filming 30-45 weddings a year to filming 85-100 a year currently (nearly double that of an average wedding videographer). Even with such a large work load we still manage to give our clients a video masterpiece that they can cherish for a lifetime. We still continue our education at various film schools and workshops to keep our skills up to date with technology and the changing times. NR3 Video Productions has been in business since 1999. We are a husband and wife team. Our approach is to use candid video camera footage by capturing things naturally as they occur. We strive to go unnoticed and we have a reputation for being the most unobtrusive of wedding videographers.
