Our Story bliss bride was founded in 2008 with one goal in mind: to become the ideal place for brides to find their perfect wedding dress - and have fun doing it. Our motivation to open this bridal boutique was simple. While planning our respective weddings several years ago, we were surprised at how few upscale bridal gown boutiques there were in San Diego, and were dismayed at the thought of having to drive all the way to Orange County or LA to find a wedding dress. Where were the beautiful and chic designs that graced the pages of all the wedding magazines we had constantly pored over? Even more disappointing was the thought of having to try on dresses at the same time and place other brides were trying on theirs. Brides deserve a special, memorable experience - something more intimate and personalized than the “cattle-call” type stores we encountered. Eventually we found our perfect dresses, but with our experiences fresh in our minds, we decided that San Diego brides needed something better. We hope that our boutique will bring you the upscale, fashion forward designs you’re looking for in the relaxed, fun and fresh atmosphere that you deserve.
