Blue Skies performed on HBO's Entourage. The "Guys & Dolls" episode first aired 7/2/06. (We can be heard performing at the poolside party.) We've also been featured on ABC News, The Learning Channel, and a yet to be released ABC reality show. Blue Skies' ensembles are comprised of the very best live musicians available. Performers include a guitarist who has been a guest on the Tonight Show, has backed up k.d. Lang, The Back Street Boys, Tanya Tucker, and the played in broadway productions of Wicked and Grease. As a featured soloist he has played for Rob Reiner, Whoopie Goldberg, Billy Crystal, George Burns, Milton Berle, Sid Ceasar, President Gerald Ford, Senator Hillary Clinton, Mayor Richard Riordan, Mayor Tom Bradley and Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. One of our percussionists has performed and/or recorded with Herbie Hancock, Elton John, David Foster, Josh Groban, Chris Botti, John Williams, and Bela Fleck. He has made television appearances on Good Morning America, The American Music Awards, Regis and Kelly, The Today Show, The World Music Awards, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Conan O' Brian, Bob Costas, The View, Ellen, AOL Broadband Live, and PBS. One of our violinists has performed worldwide, playing everything from Bach concertos in La Saint Chapelle, Paris to electric violin with Gnarls Barkley. Her versatile career includes: positions with the Pacific Symphony, Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra, and Santa Barbara Chamber Orchestra; performances with jazz legends Lennie Niehaus and Charlie Haden; recording for music, film, and television; and performing live with The Jonas Brothers, Alanis Morissette, Rihanna, Avril Lavigne, and Kelly Clarkson.
