Make-up Artist Emilie Proctor’s passion for make-up and hair began at the young age of six, when she began applying make-up to her dolls and cutting their hair. As a teenager her friends and family made appointments to have their make-up and hair styled for high school dances, parties and weddings. It was only natural that Emilie became a certified Media Make-up Artist, a MAC Cosmetics artist and a graduate of the California Hair Design Academy in La Mesa, CA. If that wasn't enough she expanded her talents by becoming a certified Microdermabrasion Technician. Emilie regularly attends seminars in cosmetology which ensures you’ll receive the most progressive services and treatments available. Emilie’s training, experience and ability to see beauty in everyday life has rewarded her the opportunity to do what she loves most – create beauty.
