I am excited to introduce the hottest full body workout in Los Angeles to the coastal town of La Jolla in beautiful San Diego, CA. If you’re ready for a ‘hardcore’ Pilates based workout to achieve your body’s ultimate potential, then you’ve found your studio! Our classes are fun and motivating. We listen to upbeat music, work in a small group setting, and our instructors are well trained and enthusiastic. We want you to enjoy getting into great shape! As a native of Colorado, I grew up being physically active in snowboarding, volleyball, tennis, running and soccer. Having lived in San Diego for the past several years, I have found a culture of like-minded fitness enthusiasts and am happy to now call Southern California my home. Like many in the Pilates and fitness industry, I am driven by an intense passion to share what I love. I am compelled to help others achieve their true fitness potential. I was first introduced to Sebastien’s Pilates eXpress (SPX) in early 2007, and fell in love immediately. I left my first class convinced that it was the best full body workout I had ever had. I could not wait for my friends and family to try it. For three months, I found myself driving to Los Angeles every weekend, just to take SPX classes. That is when I knew I had to share my love of health and fitness with others. As I aspire to make a difference in a person’s life and in my community, I am thrilled to introduce Pilates Plus La Jolla to you. Pilates Plus La Jolla will change the way you feel about yourself, both physically and mentally, and within weeks you will see a difference, I guarantee it!
