Blake’s eclectic background is what separates him from other DJs and has helped him earn a reputation as one of the best in San Diego. A Midwest native, he was intrigued with technical, audio and video specialties as a child, and that interest led to his entry into the club DJ and music scene. After working 11 years in the "corporate world," Blake ultimately combined his love of music with his organizational talents (developed at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, where he studied engineering and graduated as a military officer) to form Pro Motion Entertainment in 2004, knowing that his strength would be his outgoing, friendly and engaging personality. Pro Motion Entertainment is active in the community, fully licensed and insured, maintains the highest degree of professionalism, and has been featured in national and local wedding publications. Blake has provided professional DJ and MC services to hundreds of weddings and corporate events, utilizing a unique blend of talent, charisma, structure and entertainment.
